Partnering with design agency The Discourse to define and establish their brand identity
The Discourse offers design as a force for good, bringing expert creative thinkers, designers, illustrators, writers and project managers to the table.

Originally named Garrett Creative, the agency has gone through significant changes over the last two years.
The team initially came to RH&Co to support them with a brand refresh in the summer of 2021, so that they could refocus their mission on ‘design as a force for good’. The agency had been going for around a year, and was ready to begin articulating its own specialist expertise in the design space.
Within a relatively limited budget, we helped them clarify and communicate their positioning, updating their website content and giving the team greater confidence in approaching their marketing and sales activities.

Two years later, the company had grown and evolved again. This time the team was ready for a full rebrand.
They brought RH&Co in to help them think through the possibilities of what could happen if the brand started from a blank slate: new name, new brand voice, new messaging and new website. We quickly got behind them and helped them to talk through new name ideas as well as creating new messaging and content for the website.

The Discourse team now has a new brand that, according to Ed and his co-founder, Issy, “presents the very best version of ourselves”. They have seen their revenue increase by almost 80%, and their social media following double.
