If you opt in to our email newsletter using MailChimp’s double opt-in process, you are treated as a “Customer” by us. By opting to receive the email newsletter, you have given us permission to provide you with regular news and updates about our services by email. If you purchase one or more of our services, you become a “Client” and may receive additional emails which relate to the services you purchased and additional services you may be interested in.

Customers usually provide us with an email address and telephone number in order to receive information about our services or in order to purchase one or more of our services.
When a customer purchases a services from us, we will also collect and store administrative data such as a mailing address and a billing address.
Website usage data
When you visit our website, we automatically collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or that your mobile app sends when you are using it. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web page you visited, your browser type and settings, the date and time of your visit to our site, information about your browser configuration and plug-ins, language preferences, and cookie data.
How we use your information

Rin Hamburgh & Co may access and use Customer Data as reasonably necessary and in accordance with Customer’s instructions to:

(b) to obtain payment for services provided;
(c) to communicate with our customers and/or clients i.e. if you contact us, then we will use your contact data to respond to you;
(d) to conduct research into customer interaction with our website;
(e) to provide marketing emails to customers who have expressly opted in to our mailing list;
(f) comply with legal obligations such as a Subject Access Request;
(g) fulfil any other written or electronic agreement expressly made with the Client or Customer.
You can opt out of (e) at any time.
This policy is not intended to place any limits on what we do with data that is aggregated and/or de-identified so it is no longer associated with an identifiable Customer, for example anonymised market research data.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you learn that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us.

We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we will post any changes on this page. If you continue to use our services after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
